If you are unhappy with the service you get from MONOLITH (UK) LTD, we will look at:

- if you are unhappy with the way we responded to an enquiry or the time that we took to respond (or if we didn’t respond);
- if you think our sales representative behaved unfairly or if you are dissatisfied by the service they provided;
- if you think our driver’s actions were improper;
- any rudeness or offensive remarks from any representative of our company

When making your complaint, please include as much detail as possible, for example:
- your customer name and number
- the nature of the complaint
- the names of any MONOLITH (UK) LTD staff concerned
- what (if anything) you have done so far
- what you would like us to do to sort things out

First of all, complain directly and informally to your sales representative. If you have already been in contact with someone or don’t know who to contact,
email and we will come back to you as soon as possible.

We try to reply within 12 working days, but if this isn’t possible we will let you know there will be a delay.
